Former Bundaberg restauranteur Amanda Hinds has moved her family and staff to the hamlet of Hampton where she continues to champion local produce. These days, its the little producers she's showcasing, from the guy that grows mushrooms on coffee grounds to Gordon Fawckner's Emporers Pork and Bunnyconnellen's Queen olives.
