What is a Micro Region Eatery

The seasons change - it’s shiny Summer now and later in the year, chilly wrap-up Winter!

Whatever the season, local farmers and growers and their kids, some from just down the road, boxes full of fresh, just picked fruit, vegetables and sustainably grown meat and fish, coming smiling into the back kitchen door.

Creative juices start flowing and a new menu is born, full of passion and love and the desire to delight the palate.

The set tables gleam, bowls of fresh flowers delight and we are all ready to greet you.

Welcome to Emeraude.
